Des vertiges ? <br>Vous \u00eates surement en train de faire une crise d&#8217;angoisse!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#8217;est rien ?!<br>On ne peut pas vraiment dire cela&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La premi\u00e8re crise d&#8217;angoisse est v\u00e9cue comme :<br>Une perte de contr\u00f4le<br>L&#8217;impression de devenir fou<br>Et surtout, une impression de mourir<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle repr\u00e9sente un r\u00e9el traumatisme pour votre cerveau. Celui-ci per\u00e7oit la situation comme mena\u00e7ante et dangereuse pour vous. <br>Votre cerveau vous enverra donc des signaux de danger pour vous \u00e9chapper lorsque que vous serez \u00e0 nouveau confront\u00e9 \u00e0 cette m\u00eame situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous essayez de lui \u00e9chapper ?! Mauvaise id\u00e9e, cela deviendra un cercle vicieux :<br>Situations internes ou externes \u279c perception d&#8217;une menace \u279c Appr\u00e9hension (&#8220;je vais faire une crise d&#8217;angoisse&#8221;) \u279c Sensations physiques (Sueurs, tremblements, palpitations&#8230;) \u279c interpr\u00e9tations des sensations physiques \u279c Amplification des sensations \u279c Angoisses \u279c Evitement de la situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Des conseils simples et efficaces :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les jours :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une crise d&#8217;angoisse commence tr\u00e8s souvent par une hyperventilation il est donc important, dans un premier temps, de diminuer son nombres de respirations (inspirations-expirations) par minute afin de r\u00e9guler son stress et son anxi\u00e9t\u00e9. <br>A savoir : La moyenne des respirations est de 12 \u00e0 15 par minute. L&#8217;exercice va permettre de r\u00e9duire ces respirations \u00e0 6 par minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette exercice se nomme &#8220;la coh\u00e9rence cardiaque&#8221;. Vous pouvez t\u00e9l\u00e9charger l&#8217;application sur votre smartphone. C&#8217;est tr\u00e8s simple :<br>Une fois le chronom\u00e8tre lanc\u00e9, une bille va monter puis descendre. <br>Lorsqu&#8217;elle est en haut ; j&#8217;inspire, je bloque. Lorsqu&#8217;elle est en bas ; j&#8217;expire, je bloque. En haut ; j&#8217;inspire, je bloque. En bas ; j&#8217;expire, je bloque. Et ainsi de suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A faire 3 fois par jour, tous les jours. <br>Petit \u00e0 petit, vous pourrez contr\u00f4ler vos respirations, faire baisser votre anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et stress et donc diminuer vos angoisses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors d&#8217;une crise d&#8217;angoisse :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant une crise d&#8217;angoisse cela n&#8217;est pas facile de reprendre le contr\u00f4le. Voici donc un exercice que vous pourrez mettre en place. L&#8217;exercice de &#8220;la vague&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imaginez vous sur une vague agit\u00e9e, qui monte et qui descend violement, vous \u00eates dessus et vous essayez de ne pas vous noyez de tenir bon, vous n&#8217;avez pas le choix.<br>Elle monte et descend toujours mais les vagues sont de moins en moins hautes, moins agit\u00e9es, vous \u00eates toujours dessus, vous tenez bon. <br>Vous \u00eates toujours sur cette vague qui devient de plus en plus petite, moins violente. <br>Elle devient encore plus petite, toute petite. Puis, le calme revient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N&#8217;essayer pas de lutter contre cette vague (angoisse), laissez vous bercer, elle partira comme elle est arriv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&#8217;autre conseils \u00e0 mettre en place :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se relaxer : Lorsque vous \u00eates d\u00e9tendu, votre syst\u00e8me nerveux retrouve son \u00e9quilibre (m\u00e9ditation)<br>Prendre du temps pour soi : Permet de se ressourcer, avoir un meilleur rapport avec ses \u00e9motions et lib\u00e9rer l&#8217;esprit des soucis (Se promener en pleine nature, lire, faire de activit\u00e9s cr\u00e9atives&#8230;)<br>Faire quelque chose qui vous fait plaisir : Permet de lib\u00e9rer de la dopamine, l&#8217;hormone du plaisir (sortir entre amis, \u00e9couter de la musique&#8230;)<br>Faire des activit\u00e9s physiques : Vous allez diminuer votre niveau de cortisol, hormone du stress (Marche \u00e0 pied, yoga, danse, football&#8230;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour d&#8217;autres conseils, je peux vous accompagner. <br>L&#8217;offre Pink Moon peut vous aider !
